Terms of Service

Effective date: July 22, 2026

These Terms govern use of Purchase Pulse (the "App") by Shopify merchants.

1. The service

Purchase Pulse helps merchants manage suppliers, create purchase orders, export / print POs, email POs via merchant-configured SMTP, and optionally receive inventory against ordered quantities.

2. Eligibility

You must have authority to install apps on a Shopify store. You are responsible for the accuracy of supplier and purchase-order data you enter.

3. Merchant responsibilities

• Keep Shopify account credentials secure
• Configure SMTP correctly if you use email delivery; you are responsible for your mail provider's terms and deliverability
• Verify purchase order contents before sending to suppliers or adjusting inventory

4. Data

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You grant us permission to process shop data solely to provide the App.

5. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features that depend on Shopify APIs or third-party SMTP may fail if those services are unavailable.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including incorrect purchase orders or inventory adjustments made by merchants.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
